Barre Core & Stretch
This mixed-level workout is half Barre Core, half Barre Stretch. We'll start with 30 minutes of strengthening core muscles, including the abdominals/obliques, glutes, shoulders and back. Followed by 30 minutes of stretching to increase blood flow and nutrient supply to your muscles, which can help your muscles recover from workouts faster, reduce muscle soreness, and prevent injury. This class is perfect for beginners, while still challenging and supporting fitness enthusiasts. (Sticky socks or bare feet are recommended).
We also offer Express Barre Core classes that deliver 40 to 45 minutes of core-focused strength training.
