Barre Bounce, Pilates Instructor
Marie has been instructing group fitness group classes for over 10 years. She fell in love with group classes after taking an interest in fitness and dance in high school. With a desire to share her passion for movement with others, she began instructing while still pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness at UNC Asheville.
Marie is currently a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Experienced 200 hour Yoga Instructor. Marie is certified in a wide range of specialty class formats, including: Barre, Zumba, Yoga, Bounce, Kickbox, Strong, Aqua, TRX, Cycle, and most recently Balletone.
Marie loves how Barre classes can provide a cardio workout while staying low-impact, improve flexibility and strengthen the entire body.
Outside of the studio, Marie enjoys spending time outdoors, kayaking and traveling.
